SUHUF – Scrolls/ pages
MUKARAMAH – Honored and Noble. (Comes from the word – generous)
This Quran, this reminder is written down in honored pages/ scrolls. Most Mufasiroon say here SUHUF refers to AL-LAUHUL MAHFUZ (The guarded book with Allah – containing information of everything) which is above the seven heavens.
Because of this (O prophet of Allah [PBUH]) don’t feel saddened at those disbelievers who aren’t benefiting from this Quran. They are the ones in loss, not this Lofty Noble Book which is guarded so highly with Allah.
This verse will also server to put sadness in the heart of the disbelievers and to make them feel very small. This is because it is them who is missing out.
