فَأَنْتَ لَهُ تَصَدَّىٰ
To him you give attention
SADDA – To pay attention
ANTA – You
So Allah is saying ‘It is You who turns to them but rather it should be them who turn to you.
Allah doesn’t not like that His messenger be perceived in such a way, He wants His messenger to have the upper hand. So He encourages His messenger to focus on those who want the guidance, and if the elite of Quraish have heard the message and still reject it, then it is not necessarily to for you to make yourself look like you don’t have the upper hand by repeatedly going to them. Allah doesn’t need them, His messenger doesn’t need them and Islam doesn’t need them.
